I was hired to establish a San Francisco office and build a team in order to grow the company’s west coast footprint. We were forced to pivot due to the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns in the Bay Area. I led and delivered digital products for clients across the US, including Glint (LinkedIn), Purple, JPMorgan, and more.

At Google, I managed a multi-GEO design team and conducted IC work across multiple products and teams within Google Search, including Gboard, Notifications, and Next Billion Users (NBU).

While at Fandom, I managed the Product Design team and led the strategy, research, and design for three new products: Discussions (topic feeds to replace outdated forums), News & Stories (Fandom's first-ever editorial product), and updated the Wiki experience (in order to introduce higher premium ad unites and spend). Additionally, I facilitated the creation of the team’s Product Design Principles, managed the creation of Fandom's design system, and led the concept and prototype for a modern editorial workflow and toolset to replace wikimedia.
February 2012 - September 2013

I led the Product Design team to deliver multiple products for the IGN website. I worked closely with the VP of Product to reorganize the department. Additionally, I was the hands-on lead designer for a ground-up redesign of the IGN core native app, garnering a 4.5 star rating across more than 1000 reviews, and made the Apple app store top 10 list shortly after the release.

At Sapient, I led design for consumer and B2B projects for US and international brands, pitched new business, and managed a team of direct reports. Additionally, I helped build the creative team from four to over 50 UX designers, visual designers, and content strategists. Clients included: American Airlines, Alamo, AT&T, JCPenney, and Sallie Mae.
